Consider Confronting Your Fears Head-On

Encountering and reflecting on the source of your fears will allow you to consider circumstances that may in reality be far worse. You will probably discover that there was nothing fear of at all. A recent study confirmed that over 80% of the things we worry about never materialize. So in the end, most of things that you worry about and fear never happen. However, confronting your fears is an on-going process and may take you time and practice before you master the ability to keep things in their proper perspective, so be patient and persistent.

The question all new Distributors ask when they get started is: "Whom do I know that I can call on that would be interested in my products or business?" 

Yes! Who you know is very important but so is who your friends know, and then whom do they know, and then whom do they know, and then whom do they know. Every body knows somebody that knows somebody!

As you visit your friends always probe for the people they know. 

Your friends will help you build your business if you humbly ask them to do so. These are the friends you will want to begin sharing your message and products with right away.

Get your companion and think about at least 52 names of people that you know. There really is nothing magical about the number 52. It’s like the number of cards in a deck. 

There are 4 aces in a deck of cards, 4 kings, 4 queens and 4 jacks and you need all 4 aces to be successful and the 12 others to fly. These 16 cards are definitely in your deck, but you have no idea where they are.

If you go through the deck you will find them.

The aces obviously are the best cards in the deck!

You may have to go through 48 cards but the aces are in the deck. You may only have to go through 5 cards and the aces will show up. There is an analogy here if the deck has 52 names of people on them you will find the top people, the aces, kings, queens and jacks.

So buy a package of 8” x 5” index cards and write down 52 names of people that you know on the cards and think of these cards with the names of your aces, kings, queens and jacks.

If you to talk to all 52 people, you will soon discover the aces. 

As you talk to people you will soon discover their character traits. Some people will be interested, some will be skeptical, some will be curious and some will express no interest at all, but some will be excited.

You will find some of the people are ready to do what you propose because they have been looking for a purpose, and an adventure. Simply put they are attracted to you and what you are doing.
